Brad landed in Park City after meeting his wife here while on a ski trip in 2013. He began his

real estate career in his hometown of Santa Barbara, CA, where he found success buying

and managing his own Airbnb/VRBO and long-term rental properties. With over 15 years of

real estate investment experience in various markets throughout the U.S, Brad specializes

in investment and short-term vacation rental properties in Deer Valley, Old Town and the

Canyons. In addition to resales in our market, Brad has recent development experience in

selling a 33-Residence luxury condominium building at the base of the Canyons Village.
