Currently the Director of Real Estate Sales for Founder's Place Deer Valley & Argent DV which are Deer Valley's newest luxury Ski in/out condominium offerings by East West Partners. Most recent projects that he has held a Management/Leadership role in are; Talisker Club Park City (real estate in Tuhaye & Empire Pass Deer Valley) plus One Empire Pass Deer Valley, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Enclave at Sun Canyon and Red Cloud Deer Valley. Matthew's experience comes from a varied background of Ski/Golf Resort Real Estate development and sales to management positions in luxury ski/golf vacation communities.
Matthew has worked in real estate sales and development with East West Partners and Talisker Corporation in Park City/Deer Valley and Lowe Enterprises as well as East West Partners in the Lake Tahoe area. While with these companies, he specialized in luxury condominiums in Deer Valley, at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Northstar Village Tahoe and golf course properties and custom homes at the private communities of Tuhaye, Old Greenwood, Gray's Crossing and Grizzly Ranch.
Outside of his real estate career Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son. With the wonderful outdoor lifestyle that Park City offers Matt can be found on the golf course, mountain biking or skiing but to name a few of the activities he enjoys.

Lindsey Holmes
Lindsey recognizes and values the trust her client's place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Lindsey is a true local, raised in Midway where she ranked top 35 in the US as an accomplished equestrian. She later attended Park City High School and began her real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway in 2011. Her accomplishments include assisting in high-end real estate in Empire Pass and Deer Valley. Most recently, she was the team lead on the sale of a new release consisting of 33 luxury residences at the Canyons Village. When not assisting her real estate clients, she along with her husband and twins enjoy managing their family farm and volunteering for the Utah Farm Bureau.
Brad Erickson
Brad landed in Park City after meeting his wife here while on a ski trip in 2013. He began his
real estate career in his hometown of Santa Barbara, CA, where he found success buying
and managing his own Airbnb/VRBO and long-term rental properties. With over 15 years of
real estate investment experience in various markets throughout the U.S, Brad specializes
in investment and short-term vacation rental properties in Deer Valley, Old Town and the
Canyons. In addition to resales in our market, Brad has recent development experience in
selling a 33-Residence luxury condominium building at the base of the Canyons Village.
Madison Wagner
Madison is no stranger to the Mountain West. She grew up in some of the most incredible mountain towns. Truckee, CA, Big Sky, MT, and currently Park City, UT, and is proud to call these places home. Born into a real estate development family, she has watched her father build some of the most beautiful mountain resorts with East West Partners, Storied Development, and Alterra Mountain Company - some of the most premier real estate development firms in the US.
Madison loves working in the real estate industry. She thrives in the marketing space and knows what it takes to showcase the real estate market. Her talents include digital, social, direct mailing, and print advertising, such as marketing brochures. Along with promoting our team’s listings, Madison enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her dog. They enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing.
Madison enjoys the creative aspects of her job and takes pride in bringing the Buyer and Seller together through her marketing strategies. Madison is a licensed Real Estate Agent and is currently attending the University of Utah to finish her Business Degree.
